Fees for Mobile Notary Services:
$ 10.00 per Signature per Document (Volume discounts available), PLUS
$ 40.00 Travel/Convenience Fee* ($1.00 per mile additional outside of Orange County)
*Travel fee is still due & payable if signing does not take place when Notary
arrives, or if appointment cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to appointment.
Additional Fees:
"Wait time" - after 25 minutes of scheduled signing - $15.00 ($15 each additional 15 minutes)
"After hours" signing (11 pm - 8 am) - $25.00 - $50.00 service fee
"Short notice / last minute" signing - TBD
County Jails - $75.00 minimum
Returned check fee - $25 charge for NSF checks
Fees for Loan Document Signing Services**:
$100 - $200 - 1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc.)
$ 75 - Second set of loan documents at same signing
$ 25 - Printing of E-docs (2 sets of same loan, if need copy for Borrower)
will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the signing fee, OR printing charges and travel fee of $40
($1.00 per mile for travel beyond 40 miles round-trip), as well as fee for wait time, whichever is
greater. This is to insure that all documents are properly prepared and borrowers are well-
informed prior to Notary Signing Agent's arrival to conduct the signing.
If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
